Garcinia Cambogia – Hype or Hope?

We know how you struggle to lose weight. We know how many times you have made deals with yourself to eat better and exercise more and we know how many times you have fallen off the wagon. We know how frustrating it is to be invited to family events and getting depressed because you have nothing to wear – or nothing to wear that fits.

It’s a seemingly endless cycle of up and down and it’s tiring, depressing, and de-motivating. But what if there really was finally a weight loss supplement that really worked, that really helped you lose those annoying excess pounds you’ve been carrying for years, that really was easy to use and effective?

Well today you might just have stumbled across your weight loss solution that has already been used for centuries and that people just like you are finding out about and finding success! It’s recently been featured on Dr Oz and we are all starting to recognize what a leader he is becoming in paving the way for new and improved weight loss solutions!

Garcinia Cambogia, or HCA as its becoming more commonly known as, is actually a small fruit also called tamarind. This fruit has been growing in parts of Asia, mainly Indonesia for centuries and now is being grown all over Africa and other parts of the world. It’s used mainly as a filler for traditional meals such as curries and chutneys and its not so known side effect has been appetite suppressing.

Can weight loss really be this easy?

So if you have struggled for years to find a way to lose weight that works for you, then HCA might just be your solution. The main ingredient of the Garcinia Cambogia fruit is called Hydroxycitric acid. This acid actually helps deter the absorption and storage of carbs and sugars that are then converted into fat if they are not burned off. So by taking an HCA supplement before meals you can actually lose weight quite effectively and without a lot of hassle or adding to your already busy day.

You can take an HCA supplement about 30 to 60 minutes before your meals every day and within a few weeks you should start to notice a weight loss change. You want to make sure you look for an HCA supplement that doesn’t have a lot of fillers and that has at least 50% HCA in the formulation. You want to look for a supplement that has the most HCA per capsule so that you do not have to pop 6 pills at a time!

And there you have it – weight loss can be this easy and by taking a respected HCA supplement three times a day, but moving a little bit more and eating a little bit less you will be easily achieving your very own weight loss goals without breaking the bank or breaking your back!

I just started it today and I am wanting to lose 15 lbs. I walk about 30 min a day and besides house work and running after my 11 month old that is about it. I hope this helps anyone who is curious. By the way I bought premium garcinia cambogia with 800 mg per capsule, 60 mg calcium, 90 mg potassium, and 60% HCA. I was at 130 lbs before I got pregnant and now I weigh 145. My goal is to lose 15 to 20 lbs. I worked out hard at the gym everyday for 3 months (about 2 hours everyday) but now I don’t have the time so I just walk 30 minutes everyday. While going to the gym I lost 6 lbs in those 3 months and that was with eating healthy too. So I am going to put this to the test. I will be sure update in a few days and for the next few months to come.

Shannon, have you noticed that you have lost any weight since you started taking the pills? I am curious, bc it has been about a month now and I’m wondering if it really works? Also bc I have started taking the pills a few weeks ago myself. I’m wondering if I am doing everything I need to, bc I have not seen a difference, or if its like I read on here, it may take a while for it to get into my system. Thanks :)
