    I just started it today and I am wanting to lose 15 lbs. I walk about 30 min a day and besides house work and running after my 11 month old that is about it. I hope this helps anyone who is curious. By the way I bought premium garcinia cambogia with 800 mg per capsule, 60 mg calcium, 90 mg potassium, and 60% HCA. I was at 130 lbs before I got pregnant and now I weigh 145. My goal is to lose 15 to 20 lbs. I worked out hard at the gym everyday for 3 months (about 2 hours everyday) but now I don’t have the time so I just walk 30 minutes everyday. While going to the gym I lost 6 lbs in those 3 months and that was with eating healthy too. So I am going to put this to the test. I will be sure update in a few days and for the next few months to come.

      Shannon, have you noticed that you have lost any weight since you started taking the pills? I am curious, bc it has been about a month now and I’m wondering if it really works? Also bc I have started taking the pills a few weeks ago myself. I’m wondering if I am doing everything I need to, bc I have not seen a difference, or if its like I read on here, it may take a while for it to get into my system. Thanks :)
